SC Construction is a family owned and operated business that serves Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera, Mission Viejo and surrounding Orange County communities. Our motivation comes from our family’s three (3) generations in the construction industry and from our commitment to excellence.
With over 25 years of experience working with diverse professionals, owner Cody Bierma started SC Construction with the core values of: honesty, accountability, collaboration, and attention to detail. We believe that customer satisfaction is the best marketing we can do, so every job is a job well done.
As a young boy, Cody watched and learned construction from the best, his grandfather, father and uncles. His early experience on the job began as a teenager, assisting his father with carpentry work in a wood shop at Forest Falls, CA. Over the years, Cody gained essential skills and a strong understanding of building principles through hands-on experience managing all phases of a project. He’s managed new construction, retrofit and renovation/tenant improvement projects, high level projects at multiple hospitals, many with accelerated fast-track schedules delivered on time.
Cody’s extensive background in the construction industry brought him to where he is today. With the encouragement from his wife, Alma and three daughters, Kaely, Ella and Grace, SC Construction was established. Our core values can be seen in everything we do. Our customer base has grown due to the high expectations we set for ourselves, the entire team, and ultimately have gained the trust of our clients with their projects and homes.
